Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, Moldova, San Marino, Ukraine, Belarus, Gibraltar, Romania, Turkey, Switzerland, Norway - unfortunately we cannot deliver outside of mainland Europe.


How long will my order take to be delivered?

Orders usually take 4-10 working days depending on the distance from the UK.
Please allow up to 28 days on all orders in case of delay - undue delays will be advised within 1 working day of the order being placed.
Delivery orders placed at the weekend or Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day (please note that orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm will be despatched on the next working day)

  • Please specify an address at which you will be available to take delivery between 8am and 6pm / Mon - Fri
  • We CANNOT guarantee specific times for deliveries
  • Our couriers will leave a calling card if you are not in when delivery is attempted, they will then attempt to deliver again on the next working day
  • You can contact the couriers to arrange re-delivery direct with themselves if you wish If the box containing your purchase looks damaged when you receive it then please mark as such when you sign for it - or write "unchecked" as this will help us deal with queries if your items are damaged. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes! When you place your order you can add a different delivery address. If the billing address is different to your delivery address the invoice will always be sent to your billing address. Please remember your billing address is the address at which your credit / debit card is registered.

These are the dates in 2011-12 when we will be closed - any orders placed on these dates will be despatched on the next available weekday.
